TEHRAN – The official website of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei plans to launch three new languages of Russian, French and Spanish on Monday.

The ceremony will be opened by a speech from Kamal Kharrazi, chairman of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations.
